It is possible to change the Stripe account associated with your Campaignzee account. In order to change your Stripe account the following must be true:

  • There are no active Campaignzee-managed subscriptions in the current Stripe account. All subscriptions must be canceled and no longer active.
  • All lists must be deactivated in Campaignzee.

If both of these are true, you can request that we remove your current Stripe account from Campaignzee by contacting us at support@campaignzee.com.

We will remove the current Stripe information from our system and the next time you log in you will be required to connect another Stripe account.

Once a new account has been connected you will be able to activate any lists on your account like normal.
