It is possible to change the Mailchimp account associated with your Campaignzee account. In order to change your Mailchimp account the following must be true:

  • There are no active Campaignzee-managed subscribers on any of the audiences/lists on the current Mailchimp account.
  • All lists must be deactivated in Campaignzee.

If both of these are true, you can request that we remove your current Mailchimp account from Campaignzee by contacting us at

We will remove the current Mailchimp information from our system and the next time you log in you will be required to connect another Mailchimp account.

Once a new account has been connected you will see the lists from the new account in Campaignzee and you can activate that list like normal.
