It is possible to change the Mailchimp account associated with your Campaignzee account. In order to change your Mailchimp account the following must be true:
- There are no active Campaignzee-managed subscribers on any of the audiences/lists on the current Mailchimp account.
- All lists must be deactivated in Campaignzee.
If both of these are true, you can request that we remove your current Mailchimp account from Campaignzee by contacting us at support@campaignzee.com.
We will remove the current Mailchimp information from our system and the next time you log in you will be required to connect another Mailchimp account.
Once a new account has been connected you will see the lists from the new account in Campaignzee and you can activate that list like normal.
