It is possible to change the Mailchimp account associated with your Campaignzee account. In order to change your Mailchimp account the following must be true:

  • There are no active Campaignzee-managed subscribers on any of the lists on the current Mailchimp account.
  • All lists must be deactivated in Campaignzee.

If both of these are true, you can request that we remove your current Mailchimp account from Campaignzee by contacting us at support@campaignzee.com, or by sending us a message via the messenger icon in the lower right corner of any page.

We will remove the current Mailchimp information from our system and the next time you log in you will be required to connect another Mailchimp account.

Once a new account has been connected you will see the lists from the new account in Campaignzee and you can activate a list like normal.
