It is possible to change the Stripe account associated with your Campaignzee account. In order to change your Stripe account the following must be true:
- There are no active Campaignzee-managed subscriptions in the current Stripe account. All subscriptions must be cancelled and no longer active.
- All lists must be deactivated in Campaignzee.
If both of these are true, you can request that we remove your current Stripe account from Campaignzee by contacting us at email@example.com, or by sending us a message via the messenger icon in the lower right corner of any page.
We will remove the current Stripe information from our system and the next time you log in you will be required to connect another Stripe account.
Once a new account has been connected you will be able to activate any lists on your account like normal.
